S/4 HANA Service Functional Consultant

Experience Range 8-12 yrs LocationBangalore Job Description Serve as the functional lead for SAP S/4HANA Service implementation projects, following the SAP Activate Methodology Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Map service business processes to SAP S/4HANA solution processes Perform fit-gap analysis and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments Lead all phases of the project lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support Integrate SAP S/4HANA Service with other SAP components such as SAP CPQ and SAP S/4HANA Sales for seamless business process execution Support master and transactional data migration, cutover planning, and system upgrades in brownfield implementations Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI-CA, CI, Controlling, RAR) to deliver integrated solutions Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and compliance standards Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to service processes and integration points Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing Identify opportunities for AI infusion into solution implementation
