Senior Meta Media Buyer

We are currently looking for a high-performing Senior Facebook Media Buyer to drive our customer acquisition and ad-scaling initiatives remotely. In this role, you will be the mastermind behind our Meta campaigns, turning ad spend into predictable, high-return revenue across Facebook and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

Build, launch, and aggressively scale performance-focused ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Track, analyze, and report on core metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate) on a daily basis.

Partner hand-in-hand with our creative department to rapidly test new angles, hooks, and ad variations.

Oversee daily budget pacing, account health, structural optimizations, and platform compliance.

Drive continuous testing frameworks to lower acquisition costs and maximize lifetime value.

Requirements

Proven track record of hands-on media buying experience managing and scaling high monthly spend specifically on Meta.

Exceptional analytical skills with a laser focus on profitability, unit economics, and performance data.

Strong autonomous work ethic, capable of problem-solving and delivering under pressure in a remote setting.

Advanced understanding of ad account architecture, attribution models, and tracking tools (Pixel, Conversions API).
