We're seeking an experienced Audit Senior or Audit Manager (CPA) to join our Assurance team. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys developing deep technical expertise, leading client engagements, mentoring team members, and serving as a trusted advisor to organizations and business leaders.

What You'll DoLead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completionServe as a primary point of contact for clients, building trusted long-term relationshipsSupervise, coach, and develop interns, staff, and senior accountantsReview work, provide constructive feedback, and promote professional growth within the teamIdentify opportunities to deliver additional value and insights to clientsCollaborate with partners and niche industry teams on complex engagementsEnsure engagements meet professional standards and firm quality expectationsContribute to the continued growth and success of our Assurance practice
What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsActive CPA license3-8 years of public accounting audit and assurance experienceStrong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and financial reporting requirementsExperience managing engagements and supervising staffStrong communication, relationship-building, and client service skillsA collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning and development
Preferred ExperienceEmployee Benefit Plan (EBP) audit experience. Experience in the following areas a plus:Privately Held BusinessesConstruction IndustryReviews and Compilations
