We're looking for target-driven and passionate Education Counsellors / Senior Program Advisors to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound leads through calls, Whats App and follow-ups. Counsel students for UG & PG / Study Abroad programs. Understand student profiles, career goals and requirements. Recommend suitable courses, universities and study destinations. Handle queries, objections and guide students through the admission journey. Convert leads into successful applications/admissions and achieve sales targets. Maintain regular follow-ups and update leads through CRM. Build strong relationships and ensure a smooth student experience.Requirements
Minimum 1+ Year experience in Sales / Counselling
Any Ed-Tech sales/counselling experience is acceptable
UG/PG counselling experience preferred
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
Strong convincing, negotiation & objection-handling skills
Target-oriented and comfortable working 6 days a week
