Inside Sales Specialist (U. S. Market) – Launch Your Sales Career

Location: Balewadi, Pune

Type: Full-time (Night Shift – U. S. Hours)

Work Week: Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday and Monday is weekly off)

Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST

Note - Verbal Communication needs to be excellent for US / international calling.

What You’ll Be Doing (Don’t worry, we train you on everything!)

Making outbound calls to homeowners in the U. S. Using simple scripts to understand their selling timeline & interest Booking appointments for our partner real estate agents Following up with prospects via calls, voicemail, SMS Updating notes in our CRM (Hub Spot or similar) Learning objection handling, sales psychology & communication techniques Growing into a professional SDR / Inside Sales role within 3–6 months
