Operations Manager - Growing Hospitality Group - Kent - £65,000We are recruiting an experienced Multi-Site General Manager to oversee two successful, high-profile hospitality venues in Canterbury, with exciting plans to grow and roll out the business further.The portfolio includes a vibrant restaurant, bar and late-night venue alongside a stylish kitchen and bar. Together, the sites generate High annual turnover and employ a large team.This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for the day-to-day running of both businesses. The successful candidate will take genuine operational ownership, allowing the owner to step away from daily management and focus on the group's future expansion.The role:Take complete day-to-day responsibility for both venuesLead, motivate and develop a team of approximately 50 employeesManage sales, labour, stock, budgets and overall profitabilitySupport and develop the management teams at each siteMaintain excellent standards across food, drink, service and atmosphereDrive revenue through events, late-night trade, local marketing and guest engagementIntroduce strong systems, structure and accountability across the businessWork closely with the owner on future openings and the wider rollout strategyAbout you:An experienced General Manager, Cluster Manager or Multi-Site ManagerA strong background in high-volume restaurants, bars or late-night venuesProven experience managing substantial turnover and large teamsCommercially sharp, with excellent knowledge of P&L, labour and cost controlConfident taking full ownership without requiring constant directionA visible, energetic and people-focused leaderExcited by the opportunity to help build and scale a growing hospitality groupThis is an outstanding opportunity to take control of two established venues while playing a key role in the future growth of an ambitious independent business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
