Job Title: Channel Partner – Real Estate Location: Chennai Experience: 2–10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Channel Partners to collaborate with us for promoting our property tech plotform in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, a good client network, and proven experience in property sales or real estate channel partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and drive sales for residential / commercial real estate projects Build and maintain a strong network of clients, brokers, and investors Promote projects through various channels including digital platforms and personal networks Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for closures Achieve sales targets and ensure timely deal closures Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
