Associate Attorney - Litigation, Civil or Criminal (Mostly Remote)

Prominent national firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney for their expanding civil defense practice. Ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of litigation experience, Civil or Criminal, either Plaintiffs or Defense side and have prior experience in one or more of the following: Trial prep, court appearances, discovery, analyzing medical records, taken or assisted with depositions. Responsibilities: Make court appearances Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery Represent clients at depositions and hearings Manage cases from start to finish Trial preparation Qualifications: Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in NY 1-4 years litigation experience, civil or criminal Excellent written and oral communication skills Base salary up to 150k (DOE) + Bonuses + Comprehensive Benefits Package + Mostly Remote or Hybrid Please email resume to sara@onebridgesearch.com
