• Speak with prospective clients and understand their immigration goals.
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable Canada or Australia pathways.
• Explain eligibility, process, documentation, timelines and fees clearly.
• Handle PR and Temporary Visa enquiries for Canada and Australia.
• Build a strong relationship with clients through honest and professional communication.
• Follow up consistently with interested clients and convert qualified leads.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain proper lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the processing team after enrolment to ensure a smooth handover.
• Keep yourself updated with changes in Canada and Australia immigration programs.
  

• 2–5 years of experience in Immigration Consultancy / Sales .
• Good practical knowledge of Canada & Australia PR and Temporary Visas .
• Strong communication and counselling skills.
• Comfortable discussing fees, handling objections and closing clients.
• Good follow-up discipline and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, confident and professional approach.
• Ability to explain complex immigration information in a simple and clear manner.
