About The Business Tata Electronics Private Limited is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components. Tata Electronics(a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence. Job Summary The HR PMO is responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, ensuring effective project governance, tracking key HR programs, and supporting leadership in achieving organizational objectives. This role acts as a bridge between HR functions, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to ensure timely execution, reporting, and continuous improvement of HR projects and processes. Key Responsibilities HR Project Management Plan, execute, monitor, and track HR projects and transformation initiatives. Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Operations, etc.) for seamless project delivery. Ensure projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget. PMO Governance & Reporting Establish project governance frameworks and standards. Maintain project dashboards, trackers, status reports, and executive updates. Monitor project health, identify risks/issues, and drive resolution. Prepare leadership presentations for HR reviews and business meetings. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with HR leaders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams. Facilitate project review meetings and governance forums. Communicate project progress and key decisions to stakeholders. HR Analytics & Insights Track and analyze HR metrics and KPIs. Create dashboards and management reports. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. Monitor progress against HR strategic objectives. Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. Support change management and adoption of new HR programs and tools. Strategic Support Assist CHRO/HR Leadership in annual planning and workforce initiatives. Support organizational transformation, employee experience, and HR digitalization projects. Coordinate strategic HR initiatives across multiple functions and geographies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR or Project Management preferred. 4-8 years of experience in HR PMO, HR Operations, HR Transformation, Project Management, or related roles. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
