Role Description The AI Filmmaker will be responsible for conceptualizing, directing, and producing video content that showcases PSI’s deep-tech and AI ventures in compelling visual narratives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with founders and internal teams to understand product stories, developing scripts and storyboards, planning shoots, and managing end-to-end film and video production on-site. The role involves overseeing filming sessions, coordinating with production crew and talent, and ensuring high-quality post-production, including editing, sound, and visual effects, with a strong focus on integrating AI tools into the filmmaking workflow. The AI Filmmaker will also experiment with AI-driven content generation, motion graphics, and visual storytelling techniques to create innovative formats for marketing, investor presentations, and educational content. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Film Direction and Scriptwriting to craft clear, engaging narratives about deep-tech and AI products.
- Candidates should possess skills in Film Production and Video Production to manage pre-production planning, shoots, and on-set coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Post-Production, including editing, sound design, and basic visual effects, with familiarity in using AI-assisted tools.
- Experience with industry-standard video and audio editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar) and AI-based content tools.
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging content.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Relevant academic background in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or equivalent practical experience in filmmaking or content creation.
- Portfolio demonstrating previous film or video work; experience in tech, startup, or documentary-style storytelling is an advantage.
