About the Role

Varun Digital Media Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building strong business relationships, and converting prospects into customers.

• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Strong lead generation and sales skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication is preferred.

Eligibility

• Experience: 1–3 years in B2B Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or related roles.
• Freshers: Candidates with excellent communication, confidence, and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in the US shift .
• Candidates who can work from the office in Hyderabad are preferred.
