Mechanic Assistant for Marine & Powersports

Join our team at Three Rivers Marine as a Mechanic Assistant for Marine & Powersports! We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about boats and marine equipment. As a mechanic assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with top-of-the-line brands. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the marine & powersports industry and grow your skills.

Possessing mechanical skills, forklift experience and be able to back a trailer is required. Must have a good driving record, pass a background check and drug test. Candidate needs to desire a challenging opportunity and willing to learn in a team environment. Applicant must be a High School graduate and have a valid driver's license. Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist mechanics with preventive maintenance task
• Read and interpret manuals for repairs and installations
• Operate power tools
• Assist in more complex repairs

Required Skills:

• Experience with general repair and maintenance
• Operating a forklift
• Backing up a trailer
• Ability to use hand tools and computer numeric control equipment
• Valid drivers license with a clean record

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with repair manual reading
• Knowledge of personal protective equipment
• Installation experience

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $20,000 to $28,000, depending on experience. Opportunities for advancement within the company.
