Nationwide Equities Corporation, a leading Reverse Mortgage lender, is expanding our Retail Sales Team and looking for experienced, NMLS-licensed Mortgage Loan Specialists ready to take advantage of the growing Reverse Mortgage market.If you know mortgages, connect well with clients, and know how to turn opportunities into closed loans, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll DoEducate clients on Reverse Mortgage and home-equity solutionsBuild relationships with prospective borrowersOriginate and manage loans from consultation through closingMaintain and grow your sales pipelineStay focused on selling and building relationships while our processing, underwriting and operations teams help move your loans to closing
What We’re Looking For 2+ years Mortgage Loan Origination experience Active NMLS license requiredReverse and/or Conventional Mortgage experience Strong phone, sales and relationship-building skills Motivated, competitive and driven to succeed ReverseVision experience is a plus
