Cost Accountant (12LPA, Faridabad, Manufacturing Only)

Cost Accountant Location: Faridabad CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting To: Plant Finance Head / Finance Controller Role Summary: We are looking for a Cost Accountant with strong manufacturing cost accounting and plant finance experience. The role will be responsible for product costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, cost control, budgeting and plant MIS. SAP/ERP exposure is preferred, as these are commonly integrated into manufacturing costing and inventory processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage product costing, standard costing and BOM costing . Analyse material, labour, overhead and production cost variances. Prepare actual vs. standard cost and profitability analysis. Handle inventory valuation, WIP, RM and FG accounting and reconciliation. Monitor raw material consumption, yield, scrap and manufacturing overheads. Prepare monthly Cost MIS, variance reports and management dashboards . Support annual budgeting, forecasting and cost-control initiatives . Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive cost optimisation with Production, Purchase and Stores. Monitor cost centres, overhead absorption and manufacturing expenses. Support month-end/year-end closing and provision activities. Coordinate with internal, statutory and cost auditors . Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, costing and statutory requirements. Work on SAP/ERP and advanced MS Excel for costing and reporting.
