Principal SAP FICO s4 Analyst, Charlotte, NC. We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Solutions, ensuring seamless integration between finance and order-to-cash processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud in FI and CO modules.Configure and customize business processes including:General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)Revenue recognition and financial closing processesCost Accounting, COPA, CCA, PC etc.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and provide best practice recommendations aligned with SAP S4 Hana standards.Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and deployment activities.Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for enhancements.Manage internal resources, external vendors, system integrators, and managed service providersOversee application lifecycle management, system stability, support performance, and service levelsEnsure compliance with SAP best practices and public cloud restrictions (clean core principles).
Required Skills & Experience10+ years of SAP experience with a focus on FI and CO modules.At least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA Private CloudStrong knowledge of:Financial Accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting)Controlling Processes (CCA, PCA, COPA, PC)Experience with SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard methodology.Understanding of integration points between FI and CO.Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and user experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to evaluate, recommend, and implement scalable technology solutions that align with business objectivesStrong understanding of IT governance, security, compliance, audit, and risk management requirements
Preferred QualificationsSAP S/4HANA Certification (FI and/ or CO)Experience with Central Finance or Group Reporting. xzbcwsv Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.Experience working within a rapidly growing global enterprise environmentExperience supporting large-scale SAP transformation programs
