Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Luxury Watches & Fine Jewelry Advisor to join the team at their Las Vegas location. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused luxury sales professional who excels at client development, category expertise, and collaborating with boutique teams to grow business and elevate the client experience.

Job Duties Include
Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through outreach, networking, and relationship managementDrive sales through personalized consultations, product expertise, and exceptional client serviceDevelop new business through client acquisition, referrals, and in-store traffic opportunitiesPartner closely with boutique teams to identify and grow opportunities within the watches and fine jewelry categorySupport after-sales service, repairs, and ongoing client follow-upMaintain merchandising presentation standards and assist with inventory management activitiesShare product knowledge and category expertise to support team development and client engagementContribute to a collaborative boutique environment focused on long-term client relationships and business growthAdditional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include
3+ years of luxury retail sales experience, preferably within watches, fine jewelry, high jewelry, or other high-end luxury categoriesProven track record of achieving sales goals and developing a loyal client baseStrong clienteling, relationship-building, and business development abilitiesExperience cultivating both new and existing client relationshipsCollaborative, team-oriented mindset with a partnership-driven approach to sellingExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsPassion for luxury products, craftsmanship, and delivering elevated client experiencesEntrepreneurial attitude with a strong focus on client acquisition and retentionAbility to work effectively with a variety of personalities and selling stylesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededForeign language skills are a plusHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
Pay: Up to $31 per hour + commission structure
