EA TO MD

Experience: 3–5 years

Location: Zirakpur

Should have 3-5 years of experience as an assistant or secretary to the MD of a company. (but here we do not need a conventional EA.

we technically need one like Anna Hathaway in the movie – The Devil Wears Prada.)Having said that it is usually very difficult to find one like her, so we will find one as close to her as possible or will train her to be like that.

At times an office coordinator is also good, but who has steady experience in admin, coordinating. Educational Qualification Should have graduated from a secretarial college.

Key Responsibilities

Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Track tasks and ensure timely follow-ups. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using MS Office. Assist in administrative and operational activities. Conduct online research and maintain records. Support leadership with business and occasional personal coordination tasks.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, Office Coordinator, or similar role. Strong follow-up and organizational skills. Skill Set Required EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP SKILLS Most important requirement. Good command of English. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality. Stable work history and a high level of integrity. Should be open to doing personal tasks of boss. Need a local candidate from zirakpur/chandigarh/panchkula/mohali/Derabassi.

Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word. Good command over English. Shorthand.
