Revenue controller

What you'll do
Review customer contracts (MSAs, SOWs, Amendments) before execution and assess revenue recognition implications.
Apply ASC 606 / Ind AS 115 principles to identify performance obligations, transaction price, SSP, variable consideration, and contract modifications.
Partner with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, Delivery, and Finance to ensure revenue-compliant deal structures.
Own revenue governance, deferred revenue, contract assets/liabilities, and month-end revenue close.
Support SOX compliance, audits, and revenue-related controls.
Drive process improvements and automation across revenue accounting workflows.
We're looking for
Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA
8–15 years of experience in Revenue Controllership / Revenue Assurance / Revenue Accounting
Hands-on expertise in ASC 606 / IFRS 15 / Ind AS 115
Experience reviewing customer contracts (MSAs, SOWs, Change Orders, Amendments) from a revenue recognition perspective
Strong understanding of:
Time & Material (T&M)
Fixed Price
Managed Services
Milestone-based contracts
Experience with ERP platforms such as Net Suite, Oracle, or SAP
Strong exposure to SOX, audits, internal controls, and technical accounting
