Location: Santa Teresa, NM | 100% on-sitePay: $67–$87/hour W2Contract Length: 12+ monthsContract Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, auxiliary plans, sick/PTO and retention bonuses!
Innovar Group is seeking experienced Construction Managers to support a large-scale data center development in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, can coordinate multiple contractors and trades, and takes ownership of keeping construction moving safely and efficiently.
Join a close-knit project team where contractors and direct employees work side by side and are valued as part of the same team. Travel or relocation support may be considered for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be DoingOversee daily field construction activities, coordinating contractors and trades across assigned scopes.Monitor schedules and work progress, identifying obstacles and coordinating solutions to keep execution on track.Support site safety and quality expectations, identifying concerns and following through on corrective actions.Coordinate work across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, structural, and equipment installation scopes.Communicate field progress, issues, and priorities to project leadership and construction partners.
What You Bring7–10+ years of construction management experience on large-scale projects.Experience in data centers, semiconductor fabrication facilities, or heavy industrial construction.Strong field leadership skills, including experience overseeing subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality.Ability to troubleshoot construction issues, coordinate across disciplines, and drive timely resolution.Experience with MEP systems, civil and structural construction, or major equipment installation is highly valuable.
