Commercial Lines Service Manager – Transportation Insurance (Hoffman Estates)

Company: 1 Terra Vita Insurance Group Location: Hoffman Estates, IL Employment: Full-Time | On-Site About the Position 1 Terra Vita Insurance Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Trucking Insurance Service Manager / Senior Account Executive to lead our trucking insurance service operations and manage complex commercial transportation accounts. This is a leadership position exclusively focused on commercial trucking insurance, including motor carriers, trucking fleets, and transportation businesses. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the commercial trucking insurance service department. Oversee complex trucking and fleet insurance accounts. Manage renewals, policy servicing, endorsements, audits, and claims coordination. Build relationships with transportation insurance carriers, underwriters, MGAs, and wholesalers. Review Commercial Auto Liability, Motor Truck Cargo, Physical Damage, General Liability, and related trucking insurance coverages. Develop standardized service workflows and procedures using Applied Epic. Supervise and train Account Managers and Client Service Specialists. Coordinate with producers on account retention, renewals, and client service. Monitor account performance, service quality, and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of commercial insurance experience. Direct commercial trucking insurance experience required. Strong knowledge of trucking insurance coverages, fleet operations, and underwriting requirements. Active Illinois Property
