JOB DESCRIPTION Role Purpose To manage end-to-end processing, governance, controls, and operational excellence for Special Product transactions, including Systematic Investment Plans (SIP), Systematic Transfer Plans (STP), Trigger-based transactions, CSIP, SPPF, and other specialized mutual fund transaction products. The role ensures accurate transaction processing, regulatory compliance, superior investor experience, process automation, vendor coordination, and continuous process improvement.
