Experience

1–4 years of experience in admissions, counselling, inside sales, or education sales. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities. Handle inbound and outbound calls and convert leads into admissions. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs. Follow up with leads through calls, Whats App, and other communication channels. Achieve monthly admission/enrolment targets. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM. Coordinate with academic and operations teams for the admission process. Ensure a smooth experience for students throughout the admission journey.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Customer-focused approach. Good follow-up and relationship management skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace.
