A Series A company developing and implementing AI in partnership with leading pharma services businesses, backed by $35M from Tier 1 VCs and angels across AI and healthcare. Led by veterans from frontier AI labs and big pharma. We’re hiring engineers to build the agentic platform our companies run on.

What you’ll doOwn platform features end to end and ship them to real usersBuild agentic workflows, agentic search and document drafting tools for non-technical clinical and pharma services teamsBuild the integrations that connect agents to existing systems, often legacy software with messy APIs or none at allWork directly with non-technical specialists to decide what should be automated and what should stay humanRun the feedback loops that let our experts teach our agents their knowledge and judgementHold the bar on security and compliance in a regulated environment
What we’re looking for3+ years shipping software to customers where reliability is criticalStrong familiarity with LLMs, agentic workflows and AI toolingExperience engineering complex agentic products independently, end to endPython depth and comfort around compute, GPUs and CPUsCustomer first mindset and strong product intuitionSTEM degree
Nice to have: operations or services business background, experience with highly specialised non-technical users, adaptive memory xzbcwsv or personalisation systems, a genuine interest in life sciences.
What’s on offer$125K to $225K base plus equity, with flexibility for standout talentRemote today, moving to 3 days a week in NYC or San Francisco, with a continued commitment to flexibilityReport directly to the CTO in a flat team, working closely with the lead engineer and head of productScope to grow with the company and get involved in acquisitions
