Clinic Director, Autism ABA Services

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a BCBA-Clinic Director to lead clinical services and day-to-day operations for our ABA clinic. In this mission-driven, child-centered role, you will oversee assessments, treatment planning, and data-driven ABA programs for children with autism while supervising and mentoring BCBAs and technicians. You’ll partner closely with families, ensure high clinical standards, manage clinic performance, and support a collaborative, learning-focused team dedicated to meaningful outcomes.
