Key requirements:

• Databricks – mandatory
• Strong Azure experience
• Enterprise Data Platform / Lakehouse ownership
• Experience with Unity Catalog, platform governance & security
• Data Platform reliability, operations & scalability
• Cloud/Databricks cost optimization & FinOps
• Strong team and stakeholder leadership
