Your Role

As a Financial Reporting & Accounting Manager at Capgemini, you will be responsible for leading statutory and financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with IND AS, IFRS, and regulatory requirements. You will partner with auditors, finance teams, and business stakeholders to deliver accurate financial information, drive process excellence, and strengthen governance and control frameworks across the organization.

• Prepare and review statutory financial statements in accordance with IND AS and IFRS , including notes to accounts, group reporting, and consolidation requirements.
• Manage relationships with statutory, internal, and group auditors to ensure smooth and timely completion of audits and compliance reviews.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for accounting and financial reporting, assessing regulatory changes and implementing appropriate controls and processes.
• Oversee accounting operations and month-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions while maintaining strong internal controls.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, review P&L and Balance Sheet variances, prepare management reports, and drive process improvements through automation and reporting enhancements.

Your Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in financial reporting, accounting operations, and statutory compliance.
• Profound understanding of IND AS, IFRS , and other regulatory requirements governing financial reporting and disclosures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently while effectively leading and mentoring teams of qualified and semi-qualified Chartered Accountants.
• Proficient in advanced Excel, financial databases, and data analysis tools with the ability to manage and summarize large volumes of financial data.
