Senior Support Worker - Isaac Robinson Pay: £14.82 per hour Night Shifts Contract: 22.5 - 33.45 hours per week - Nights Overtime: Available Looking for more than just a job? You'll be responsible for: Leading, coaching and supporting care staff Reviewing and updating care plans Administering and recording medication Providing personal care and promoting independence Supporting residents' quality of life Working with families and the wider care team Reporting safeguarding concerns appropriately About You You'll ideally have: Experience working in care NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or relevant experience Medication training Experience supervising or supporting other staff A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for care Join HICA. Isaac Robinson Court, supports up to 40 people aged 18 and over with a learning disability and associated care and support needs in a combination of 5 bungalows and 2 flats. Support Staff provide personalised support to enable them to fulfill their potential, enhance their lifestyles and meet their needs. People who live at Isaac Robinson Court are encouraged and aided to plan their own support and care plans and make changes to areas of their life and achieve their personal goals.
