Customer Support Executive - Tilt Intimates Company - Tilt ( , @lets.tilt on Instagram) Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai, In-office Experience: Freshers Type: Full-time Salary – ₹18,000-22,000/month based on experience About Tilt: Tilt is a bold and body-positive Indian lingerie brand doing things differently — from radically comfortable bras and underwear to unfiltered conversations with real women. We’re looking for a customer-obsessed, sociable Customer Experience Associate to join our team. What you’ll do: ● Handle customer calls daily — answering queries, solving issues, and making sure customers feel heard and valued. ● Manage returns and exchanges, ensuring the process is smooth and efficient. ● Collect and share customer feedback with the team to improve products and service. ● Support new user engagement by guiding first-time customers through their Tilt journey. ● Help with retention efforts by following up with customers and building positive relationships. ● Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure timely resolution of all requests. Qualifications ● Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages a plus). ● Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented when dealing with customers. ● Basic familiarity with Excel/Sheets for tracking customer cases. ● Organised and reliable, with the ability to handle multiple calls and tasks daily. ● Enthusiastic about Tilt’s mission and comfortable representing the brand over the phone.
