Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, online platforms, and other prospecting methods. Identify, qualify, and convert potential customers into business opportunities. Conduct product presentations and virtual demonstrations for domestic and international customers. Perform international market outreach by connecting with importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and HoReCa customers across global markets. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales opportunities. Coordinate with the Export, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution. Participate in virtual meetings, international exhibitions, and trade inquiries as required. Track daily sales activities, maintain accurate records, and submit periodic sales reports. Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies for both domestic and export markets.
