Mile High Multilingual Services (MHMS) is a Colorado-based language services company providing interpretation and translation solutions in more than 300 languages for healthcare, government, education, legal, and business clients nationwide.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler/Language Coordinator to manage interpreter assignments and support client requests. This role schedules in-person, video remote, and telephone interpretation services; communicates with interpreters and clients; resolves scheduling challenges; and maintains accurate records in our scheduling system.

This fast-paced, customer-focused position requires strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interpreter assignments
• Communicate with clients and interpreters regarding service requests
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes
• Maintain accurate scheduling and reporting records
• Ensure compliance with client and company requirements
• Support quality assurance and issue resolution efforts

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and sense of accountability
• Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, dispatching, staffing, healthcare administration, or customer service
• Experience working in a deadline-driven environment
