Motion Graphic Designer intern

Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Hybrid) Experience: Fresher / Internship (0–6 Months) Duration: 3–6 Months About the Role 3minds is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Motion Graphics Design Intern who has a basic understanding of motion graphics and video editing and is eager to learn in a fast-paced creative environment. As an intern, you will work alongside our creative team to create engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and client projects while gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard design and AI-powered creative tools. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating motion graphics, animated videos, and digital content for various platforms. Design simple animations, typography animations, logo animations, and social media creatives. Support the team in editing videos by adding graphics, transitions, captions, music, and sound effects. Create reels, promotional videos, and short-form content for digital platforms. Take references from existing videos and recreate similar animation styles. Assist in preparing storyboards and visual concepts for creative projects. Organize project files and maintain design assets. Incorporate feedback from the creative team and make revisions. Learn and explore AI-powered tools to enhance creative workflows. Stay updated with the latest motion graphics and social media trends. Required Skills Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects. Basic understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Understanding of motion design principles, typography, colour, composition, and visual storytelling. Basic video editing skills. Ability to recreate references with attention to detail. Good communication and willingness to learn. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good to Have Knowledge of AI creative tools like Runway, Kling, Veo, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms. Basic understanding of social media content formats. Experience working on college projects, freelance assignments, or personal creative work. Familiarity with Canva or Figma. Interest in digital marketing and content creation.
