Job Description Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation Monitor project financials, including cost tracking and change management Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and schedule challenges Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Support procurement efforts and subcontractor management Conduct occasional jobsite visits to monitor project progress and quality MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction Background managing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or civil construction projects preferred Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation processes Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred but not required Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Raleigh, NC area What's on Offer Family-oriented culture that values its people Significant growth trajectory with a strong project backlog Exposure to repeat business from established national clients Opportunity to lead impactful commercial projects in a growing market Collaborative team environment with direct access to decision-makers
