Job Description Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation Monitor project financials, including cost tracking and change management Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and schedule challenges Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Support procurement efforts and subcontractor management Conduct occasional jobsite visits to monitor project progress and quality MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
