To support the ongoing administration and design of compensation programs, the full-time California Licensed Compensation Consultant will conduct job and market analyses, develop compensation recommendations, and ensure competitive pay structures while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement various compensation programs, including pay for performance and salary structures Conduct research and analysis of current and proposed compensation plans to ensure competitiveness and equity Interpret regulatory guidelines and assist in the development of internal compensation policies and standards Required qualifications: 5 or more years of experience in compensation, including data collection and analysis Working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws, and exempt classifications Upon hire: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or related field Experience in a healthcare or union environment is advantageous
