Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse

Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center seeks an RN for our Progressive Care Unit on night shift. In this high-acuity step-down setting, you will monitor cardiac rhythms, manage complex IV therapies, and care for clinically unstable adult patients transitioning from ICU. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, rapid response to changes in condition, collaboration with intensivists and interdisciplinary teams, and thorough EMR documentation.
