Lead High End Interior Projects with Direct Client Facing Impact Deliver Fast Paced Commercial Interiors from Start to Finish About Our Client A company operating in the property industry, based in Fort Worth. Job Description Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and progress reports. Monitor project performance and address any issues that arise promptly. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers. Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team to achieve project objectives. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Experience with retail, finish-out, or light industrial construction projects. Strong project management and organizational skills. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
