Job Responsibility: -

• Manage consultant scopes, design deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder sign-offs across project stages.
• Coordinate Architectural, Structural, MEP and specialist consultants, resolving design gaps, conflicts, RFIs/RFAs, and site queries.
• Conduct design meetings, workshops, and reviews, ensuring MOM/action closure and timely resolution.
• Review GFC, construction and as-built drawings for completeness, buildability, quality, statutory/codal compliance, and project requirements.
• Coordinate BOQs, specifications, design variations, Value Engineering (VE), and contractor submissions in line with budget and design intent.
• Monitor consultant performance and ensure design deliverables support tendering, procurement, construction priorities, project quality, cost, and timelines.

Requirement: -

• 4-7 Years experience of successful and progressively responsible design coordination experience.
• B.Arch/M.Arch
