We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Engineer / Production Executive to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Monitor manpower allocation, machine utilization, and overall production efficiency.
• Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, waste reduction, and cost optimization.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational performance.

• Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in FRP/Composite manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of production planning, quality management systems, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
