We reject roughly nine out of ten portfolios. Usually in under 90 seconds.

Here is what gets you rejected:

1. Templates dressed up as original work
2. Kerned and tracked type used as decoration
3. Rounded corners on everything
4. Portfolios with no B2B, industrial or technical work at all
5. Case studies that show the artwork but never the problem
6. AI-generated filler passed off as craft

If your portfolio is a grid of Instagram posts for cafes, this role is not for you. No hard feelings.

What you will actually do

• Company profiles, sales decks and product catalogues that close deals
• Exhibition graphics for national trade shows
• Annual and sustainability reports, 60 to 120 pages, in InDesign
• Brand systems that a client's internal team can run without us
• Social and campaign assets that hold the same standard as the print

You will work directly with the founder. Feedback will be blunt and fast. Nothing gets buried in a review cycle.

Non-negotiable

• 3+ years of professional experience. Not internships.
• Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Figma. Daily use, all four. InDesign especially. If you have avoided long-form layout work, you will struggle here.
• Typography that holds up under scrutiny
• Ability to take a brief, argue with it, then execute

Nice to have

• Print production and pre-press knowledge
• Motion basics in After Effects
• Any exposure to manufacturing, engineering or pharma clients

Please Note: The salary bracket for this job is Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, based on what your portfolio proves. We pay for craft, not years.
