Inpatient Rehab RN

As an Inpatient Rehab RN at TriStar Health, you’ll deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care for adults recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. You will assess and monitor patients, manage medications and complex care needs, support mobility and functional gains, and educate patients and families on recovery plans. Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and case managers, you’ll develop individualized care plans, promote safety, prevent complications, and document progress using advanced EHR systems, all within a collaborative, learning-focused environment committed to quality outcomes.
