THE JOB
Launch a two-wheeler financing program for home service experts (plumbers, electricians, etc.). Experts currently walk/cycle between jobs, wasting time and limiting earnings. We're financing bikes so they work faster and earn more.
You'll own everything: negotiate with financing partners, onboard experts, track daily progress, solve problems, scale if it works.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Partner with financing companies & two-wheeler vendors Identify and onboard 100 experts (Month 1-3) Track daily metrics: Are experts earning more? Working longer? Happy? Visit experts 2-3 days/week, understand ground reality Scale to 100% adoption within experts if pilot succeedsWHO YOU ARE
2-3 years in a fast-moving company (food delivery, mobility, fintech) Strong with numbers, comfortable with ambiguity Hustler mentality - solve problems, don't wait for perfect info Grounded - from humble background, understand real people's problems Ambitious - want to grow and scaleWHY THIS ROLE?
