This role begins on 8/24 with a 2-week training period alongside the current Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), followed by independent work at a single-pharmacist site. Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM Responsibilities: Manage daily prescription volume of 20-30, handling all dispensing and patient care duties independently without a pharmacy technician. Provide high-level patient support and maintain strong communication with both patients and healthcare providers. Ensure timely, accurate dispensing in compliance with pharmacy policies and regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the client. Maintain consistent attendance with punctuality and a positive attitude, crucial for single-pharmacist operations. Qualifications: Florida pharmacist license in good standing. Minimum of one year retail pharmacy experience. HIV/AIDS medication dispensing experience is required and must be detailed on your resume. Familiarity with QS1 pharmacy software is highly preferred. Strong communication skills and commitment to patient care. Additional Requirements: Candidate must confirm understanding that no pharmacy technician assistance and no relief time off (RTO) are permitted during the contract. Candidates will need to submit an updated resume, skills checklist, one manager reference, Florida license copy, and confirm QS1 experience and acknowledgment of working without a technician.
