Lead mobilisation and readiness , ensuring delivery plans, staffing, systems, policies, controls and evidence requirements are in place.
Monitor performance, quality and risk through data, dashboards, audits, reviews, site visits and operational insight.
Drive improvement by agreeing actions, supporting partners, challenging underperformance and escalating issues where needed.
Maintain assurance and due diligence , working closely with Quality, Compliance, Safeguarding, Finance, Legal and Digital colleagues.
Protect contractual and financial integrity through evidence checks, payment queries, change control, audit trails and clear governance reporting.
