We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Associates to join our Mortgage Campaign team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling high-volume cold calling, engaging potential customers, and driving sales in line with company policies and targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospective customers.
• Effectively present mortgage products and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain a quality score of 95% or above on all interactions.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Demonstrate professionalism and customer-centric approach in all communications.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)

• Mortgage Sales Associates have prior experience in a mortgage campaign or similar sales role.
• Excellent English verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to persuade and close deals.
• Ability to work in night shifts.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
