Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding prospective students and families through the study abroad and admissions process. This position involves conducting consultations, understanding academic and career goals, recommending suitable countries, programs, and institutions, and explaining admission and visa requirements in a clear, supportive manner. The counselor will manage application pipelines, assist with documentation and forms, coordinate with partner institutions, and track progress to ensure timely submissions. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, delivering virtual counseling sessions, providing follow-up support, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or admissions systems. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams, contributing to outreach and conversion initiatives, and upholding ethical and transparent counseling practices aligned with the organization’s standards.

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to counsel diverse clients and build trust.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide responsive, client-focused support throughout the admissions and visa process.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to convert inquiries into enrollments while maintaining ethical counseling practices.
• Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience, preferably in international education, counseling, or admissions.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, international relations, business, or a related field; advanced study in a relevant discipline is an asset.
• Experience in study abroad counseling, university admissions, or immigration consulting, ideally in a senior or lead counselor capacity.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in CRM tools, online meeting platforms, and basic office software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, handle multiple cases simultaneously, and adapt to different cultural and academic backgrounds.
• Knowledge of major study destinations (e.g., Canada, UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Europe) and their admissions and visa processes
