Customer Service RepresentativePlay a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by managing orders, supporting production schedules, and ensuring accurate, on-time communication.What's in it for you?401(k)Dental insuranceMedical insuranceVision insuranceAnd moreCustomer Service Representative Details:Direct hire position$ 42,120.00 / annuallyFirst shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Manage customer purchase orders, order entry, and shipment communications to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.Coordinate with production, purchasing, and sales teams to track order status and resolve customer inquiries.Maintain strong customer relationships through professional phone, email, and written communication.Support quoting, RFQ processing, and follow-up activities for customers and prospective accounts.Provide cross-functional administrative support, including reception and customer service coverage as needed.Customer Service Representative Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Experience with order entry, data entry, and processing customer purchase orders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.EDI experience is a plus.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
