Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and knowledgeable Senior Ayurveda Doctor with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. We are establishing integrative Diabetes Clinic in collaboration with Diabetes Hospital. The role involves providing personalized consultation to patients, formulating Ayurvedic treatment plans, and supporting ongoing care. You will be collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to offer integrative care solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient consultations (in-person/virtual) based on classical Ayurvedic principles.

Take detailed history including prakriti/vikriti analysis and diagnosis.

Recommend personalized treatment plans including herbs, therapies, diet, and lifestyle changes.

Follow up on treatment efficacy and modify plans as needed.

Collaborate with internal R&D and wellness teams for integrative case management.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Educate patients about Ayurvedic lifestyle and preventive health.

Required Qualifications:

BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized university.

Registered with a relevant Ayurvedic medical council.

Ability to interpret Modern Diagnostic Markers.

Good communication and empathetic counseling skills.

Strong academic background and clinical internship experience are welcome.

Experienced candidates should have proven consultation experience and patient handling skills.

Preferred Skills:

Interest or exposure to integrative medicine or health tech.

Fluency in English, Hindi & Punjabi.

Basic knowledge of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
