Swades AI is India's #1 Applied AI Research Lab, backed by Y Combinator and top Silicon Valley investors including Soma Capital and Slow Ventures. Our HealOS product line — AI Scribe, AI Receptionist, Prior Authorization, Benefit Verification, and Fax & Referrals — serves US independent medical practices. The same team also runs two additional SaaS products, PowerDialer.ai and OpenMic.ai. We're fully remote — our team works from different locations, and we hire people who've already done the exact job we're hiring for, not people who've managed someone else doing it.

You've worked at a bootstrapped Indian SaaS company, 3–5 years, ideally somewhere you also touched GTM. RCM or medical-billing domain knowledge is worth paying up for in this role.
