Candidate have to build own team. Looking for a candidate from BFSI sector only. Want minimum 5 years of experience in BFSI field. Should be aware of my Business Field, Peer competitor, Business Model. Fluent English and Hindi. Confidence of Poaching any candidate from peer fields. Candidate should have enough client and employee network.
