Job Description – AGM / Head – Sales Position: AGM – Sales / Head – Sales Industry: FMCG Location: vijayawada Territory: Entire Tamil Nadu Experience: Minimum 10 Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced AGM – Sales / Head – Sales to lead the sales operations across Tamil Nadu. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, expanding market presence, and driving overall business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies for the Tamil Nadu market. Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers. Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Ensure effective distribution and product availability across the territory. Review sales performance and take corrective actions wherever required. Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management. Manage sales operations across all regions of Tamil Nadu. Ensure achievement of revenue and volume targets. Candidate Profile Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG Sales . Candidates currently working as AGM – Sales / Head – Sales / Senior Sales Manager will be preferred. Strong experience in handling the Tamil Nadu market . Proven experience in team handling and sales leadership. Strong distributor/channel management experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities. Willing to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu. HQ: vijayawada Coverage: Entire AP
